Flat bench press

          Set 1 : 12 repeatations
          Set 2 :  10 repeatations
          Set 3 :    8 repeatations
Lie down on the back side on the bench and barbell with both hands in a wide grip position.
Push the barbel straight up untill your elbows are close to being locked and lower it back slowly after a short pause.
Tips : breathe out while pushing the bar and breathe in while lowering it back.

  To get the great visual on your Body(V cut) you will need to work the proper Abs workout and goof nutrition and health foods.Anyone knew that it will take the own time but you will give the good effort and do well means definitely you can get the V shape Abs.


We will aim to do 4 types of exercises that which is great effort putting on the Abs to workout.Since the abdominals are small muscles,They will quickly overlap each other.So we present between 30-40 sec between each set of rest and 1-2 minutes for between each exercise.
